Corrie was our make-up artist for my sister’s wedding. From the moment she walked in to the room, we felt a sense of excitement and glamour. We knew we were in good hands with a true professional as this image of beauty walked into the room with an assuring sense of confidence and creative excitement. Our beautiful and stylish make-up artist set-up her professional chair and products carefully selecting a corner of the room near a window with beautiful natural light . Corrie listened to each person’s preference of what looks they liked and how subtle or intense in contrast they wanted their make-up to be and one by one she brought the vision to life. With my darker hair and eyes and warm skin tones, I knew that I liked my make-up with a little more drama and pop than some of the others and Corrie did just that for me. I was also excited to try eyelash extensions on this special occasion and with Corrie’s experience and training with lashes, I knew it was the perfect day to go for it. From that day on, I knew that the feeling that I got from having Corrie as my make-up artist on a special occasion and the beautiful look that she created for me meant I would never have to look for another make-up artist to hire. I had the pleasure of being one of Corrie’s first recipients of Reiki. As a reiki practitioner myself, I already knew about the amazing possibilities and benefits of reiki and I was so excited for the opportunity to experience this through Corrie. From the initial warm greeting that I received from her to the way that she connected with me to find out what I was looking to receive and any personal preferences, the genuine loving care was palpable. Corrie had prepared the room so beautifully with scented soy candles burning, soothing tranquil music playing in the background and a luxuriously plush massage table with fresh linens and a warm blanket. As I lay down and closed my eyes, I welcomed Corrie’s beautiful energy as I felt so present and in tune with the magic of the moment. Corrie made the entire experience completely comfortable and deeply enjoyable. Having received Reiki from 4 other people prior to this experience with Corrie, it was very clear to me that Corrie was most definitely very strongly blessed and gifted and that she was meant to share this reiki. I enjoyed every second of the experience in the most beautiful physical, mental and spiritual way. I was honoured to have this opportunity and I so look forward to receiving reiki again from Corrie in the very near future. -Jodi Decle

I met Corrie last spring while looking for someone to do my wedding makeup, it couldn’t have worked out better as we were both planning our weddings at the same time and honeymoons in the same destination. Corrie did my trial make up the first time however we were rushed for time so she offered to do another trial, she was excellent at ensuring I got the look I wanted and I loved it. On the day of the wedding we had so much fun getting ready for the day, Corrie came out to the house we were getting ready at with everything she needed to set up shop. My girls looked beautiful and nobody wanted to wash their face at the end of the day. The airbrush makeup was perfect for the wedding day as our skin looked flawless in the photos and on a hot summer day we never felt like anything was caked on. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the service I was provided but also about the person Corrie is, after only meeting each other a handful of times I feel like I have known her for years. She is professional, kind, fun, and amazing at the work she does. I wish I could keep her in my pocket and have amazing makeup everywhere I go. -Jill Flemming

As a Professional Photographer, I met Corrie while shooting one of her friends wedding. She was not just a guest, she was the host home for the Bride getting ready. I was so impressed with Corrie’s decor in her home that I mentioned it was likely the most beautiful decored home Id ever shot in. From this meeting I also shot a boudoir session in her home, her most amazing halloween make-up/costume and her own wedding. I can’t express enough how wonderful it is to work with Corrie. She has helped me prep for my fitness competitions and photoshoots. She does amazing makeup applications, spa tans, waxing, nails, personal therapist lol. Corrie has always gone well beyond what she has been hired to do. Every fitness competition that I have done she has been there for me, not just doing a service but as a friend to encourage and be a positive energy in the whole process. My daughter, India and I first met Corrie in 2011 when shevolunteered to be India’s Big Sister. Right away it was an instant hit. Corrie showed great interest in my daughter and has been thoroughly inspirational.
She showed my daughter great work ethics (business focused), exploration of art but most of all, LOVE!! Corrie has anabundance of love for life and others. Corrie is always happy and spreads joy wherever she goes.
Corrie has been very supportive of my daughter’s interests. Shevolunteered her services to assist with a fundraiser to send India to Florida to defend her dance title. Along with this, Corrie held a fundraiser at Club NV in Brantford (our family owned business), to raise funds to help with a relatives life and death operation. When my mother pasted away, Corrie was nurturing and helped my daughter through her loss of her grandmother.
Corrie is an awesome human being who will go above and beyond her call of duty to assist with the needs of others. She is empowering and our family have been Blessed to have her in our lives. -Sandra Daye
